Privacy
Loan Prime is a private operations system for authorized loan administration teams. The application is designed to handle borrower records, collection activity, follow-up, audit logs, user access events, and operational reports for internal business use.
Data handled
The system may process borrower names, contact details, loan balances, transaction records, interest calculations, collection notes, user identifiers, authentication events, and audit metadata. Access is restricted to approved users through the configured authentication provider and database permissions.
Use of information
Information is used to operate loan records, calculate balances, review transaction history, support collection workflows, verify changes, and investigate operational issues. Audit records are kept to support accountability and reconciliation when borrower data changes.
Security controls
The deployment uses HTTPS, application-level authorization, Supabase access controls, restricted service credentials, immutable audit metadata, and security headers. Secrets must stay in server-side or deployment-only environments and must not be exposed through client-side Vite variables.
Collection corrections
When authorized users correct the latest collection, Loan Prime records the adjustment reason, recalculates the affected financial fields, and tags the audit trail so reviewers can distinguish the correction from normal posting. Older changes require extra operational review because they can affect later balances and reports.
Retention and review
Operational data is retained according to the owning organization's internal policy, legal obligations, and reconciliation needs. Administrators should review user access, exported reports, notification settings, and service credentials regularly so private borrower data remains limited to authorized operational use.
Public pages
This privacy page, the about page, and the contact page are public so users and reviewers can understand the deployment purpose, privacy model, and support path. Public pages do not contain borrower records, paid amounts, collection notes, user accounts, or protected dashboard data.
